I am more consistent, more true to myself. I do and can listen to my body now. I am now listening more to my body. I eat only if I am hungry and I am trying to find out what my body needs. In exercise I feel when my body needs to stretch and take the time for it. My self-care is better since I am more aware of my needs.

I feel really good and I have a lot of energy. I have started intermittent fasting and it gives me so much energy and focus. I don t want to eat so much. I found the coaching really interesting to think about my diet, what influences it can have, how things interact. The exchange with the others motivated me a lot. The recipes were great, the Banana Choco Bites were so delicious. There were just so many suggestions to change a few things. As you also said, there are many small pieces of the mosaic. Keeping the diary helped me a lot to just see what my routines look like, you often snack in between without even noticing it. All my symptoms got a lot better for me. I thought it was great!

I highly recommend Sarah’s thoughtful and personal coaching. Over the last 12 months I’ve struggled with Rosacea, a skin condition that causes the face to become red and inflamed. It’s pretty common in women between 35-45 with fair skin, yet no one really seems to know what to do about it. After numerous visits to GPs, harsh creams and a course of antibiotics that made my skin worse if anything, a call with Sarah changed everything for me. With her guidance I started trying to address some of the underlying gut issues. Her recommendations were to add some healthy pre and probiotics, extra vitamins and antioxidants to my diet. I already followed a pretty healthy vegan diet but have since also removed gluten which we identified as a trigger. My face now looks like it has life back in it, glowing even! So much healthier and happier. Could not recommend higher to anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing.

I was coached by Sarah after confinement in spring. I then weighed 70 kgs for 1m72. Now I weigh 65 kgs, I feel better. This year I quit smoking I reduced gluten and caffeine. I learned to drink tea and infusions in my days. I now fast in the morning, 2 meals are actually enough for me.

I do not deprive myself, I have never felt so good. I have new energy, It’s great!

I really wanted to tell you that I am glad I decided to sign-up for coaching sessions with you! I must admit at the beginning I thought I was crazy to spend all that money on me (I really did!!!). But it was worth it.

I started this journey because I really wanted to find a solution to my IBS that was getting worse and worse with time. And clearly doctors had no time or did not provide the type of support I needed for that. And I must say it worked!!

I think it mostly has to do with giving up gluten, and honestly, I would never have gone down that path without you. First because doctors had told me it has nothing to do with my issues. Then also because I felt it was so overwhelming.

But you encouraged me to at least try, and then you gave me all the support and information I needed to keep doing it! And I am happy to report that it worked beyond my wildest expectations! And being gluten free is not that bad. I do allow myself some exceptions, and noticed lately that they don't have an immediate bad effect as it was the case in the beginning. I guess my guts are healing little by little! Maybe all the curcuma I am having also helps!

Also, this thing about going gluten free also helped me work on "speaking up for myself" and "setting boundaries" (if at least with food ), which is also a good thing. I'm not a super champion yet, but did improve a tiny bit!

And I did lose some weight in the process, which is a good point, even though clearly it was not my primary goal.

Oh, and also, learning about protein intake and chrono nutrition was really interesting for me. I really included the morning protein shake into my routine, and it works wonders in limiting my "apero time" cravings. It's really interesting how that works!

I also try to include more colors in my food, and more plant-based food in general, even if I still eat quite a lot of meat (well, my partner would object!).

I consider myself as someone who already knows quite a lot about nutrition and health in general, but you did teach me a lot!

I joined the workshop of Sarah last November as I wanted to eat healthier and to gain better habits. I am already quite aware of healthy eating, but I have to say that I still learned a lot via her workshop. Although I did not implement all of her tips yet, the one I started implemented in my daily life, are doing great on me! I am less bloated, have a better energy and I am not feeling like having a nap after eating lunch or dinner. What is nice is that the workshop is not only just on food but also on how to see life in a more positive light and be aligned with yourself.  I would definitely recommend her to my friends and surroundings. Your energy, vibe and most importantly very patient and detailed responses to our concerns made it quite a powerful experience. It was great to get started on focusing on my body’s health and showing me how little changes can make an impact. I don’t need to make drastic changes all at once, it’s a process and I can take it at my pace.
