Gado Gado love

Gado Gado became one of our favourite dishes in the family. The boys have lots of fun assembling their plates with lots of colorful tasty things. We change the ingredients each time we make it.

This time we had raw carrots, brown rice, potatoes, beetroot and organic pink eggs (colored with beets). Serve with Alfafa sprouts, roasted Tempeh (marinated in Tamari, garlic and cylantro powder) and spicy peanut sauce. I borrowed the delicious peanut sauce recipe from the minimalist baker .

Ingredients Peanut Sauce
Just mix a big spoon of peanut butter, lime juice, a teaspoon of maple syrup and up to 4 spoons of hot water until you reach the right consistency. Add a pinch of Piri Piri if you like it spicy.

Decorate your Gado Gado dish with limes and fresh cylantro. A fun family meal full of nutrients and lots of taste!
