Easy gluten free and vegan juicy plum cake
You can make this easy gluten free and refined sugar free cake with any fruits which are in season now, like pears or apples
Mix all ingredients for the dough, let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and roll it out on baking paper and place it in a round oven form.
Sprinkle the dough with coconut sugar and almond meal and cover it with fruit slices. Sprinkle again with coconut sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
