Vegan Mint & Basil & Lime Ice cream
I have the easiest Mint & Basil & Lime Ice cream recipe for you. An ice cream maker is not required for this recipe.
Ingredients:
80 ml rice milk
30 ml maple syrup
4 sticks of basil
2 sticks of mint
Mix it all together with a blender and fill it in an ice blocks mold.
Let is freeze for minimum 6 hours.
Just before serving take the ice block out of the freezer and blend them in a food processor until you achieve a creamy texture.
