I loved the kimchi and sauerkraut workshop with Sarah. Not only did I learn a lot and do I now have the best tasting kimchi I ever had, it was mostly just a fun time with her and the other participants.

I had a wonderful time at the kimchi workshop, it was a fun atmosphere to learn a new skill and I felt welcomed.
Fermentation was quite a new concept for me, I had only tried pickling red onion and eggs previously, so I found it interesting to learn this new technique.
The brunch was delicious, very fresh and flavoursome. I also really enjoyed the company of the other English-speaking / international guests, it was a fantastic group of people who were all ready to learn and very open-minded.
The kimchi tastes delicious! It bubbled away nicely for a few days at the start, and it tastes very nice! I love the spice mix.
The workshop was really enjoyable, I enjoyed meeting new people and learning something new.
