Learn the basics about plant-based cooking in a fun and friendly atmosphere with holistic nutrition coach Sarah Lena.
We’ll prepare and enjoy a nourishing lunch, while connecting with like minded people and I’ll share individual advice and nutrition tips.
Plant-based food is delicious, versatile, and very healing for your gut microbiome and immunity. With my cooking classes I want to inspire you to dive into the beauty of creating your own healing and delicious plant-based meals in a playful way.

We will enjoy the meal together, make lovely connections, exchange about life and healthy routines ;) I’ll share my tips and tricks for a glowing skin, natural weight loss and a healthy digestion.
