In a quest to reclaim my well-being, 10 years ago I embarked on a journey of self-healing. Naturally reversing endometriosis, IBS, PCOS, urticaria, and hyperthyroidism was just the beginning. Three years ago, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a holistic gut health and nutrition coach. Since then, I've dedicated myself to guiding other women toward sustainable health and the serenity and balance they've been dreaming of.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

Can I follow this challenge when I am breastfeeding or undergoing IVF?
Yes, absolutely. You'll deeply nourish yourself and bring your body back into balance, providing an ideal foundation for your well-being.
Will there be a fasting time?
Yes, towards the end of the program, there will be a 4-day green juice and soup fasting period. However, it will be gentle and kind to your body throughout.
